The Sacramento chapter is a part of the Society of Hispanic and Professional Engineers, a worldwide organization dedicated to the advancement and awareness engineering in the Latino community. The Sacramento chapter is honored to serve the Sacramento area by helping promote a vision of excellence within the Latino community.

The mission of the Sacramento Chapter of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers is to:

• increase educational opportunities
• Serve the Latino community
